LimeStone Investments is a Diversified Principal Investment Company based in Bangalore, India which sources, develops, moulds, incubates and executes with enhancement both direct/indirect investments through loans, project funding and private equity.
We at Limestone Investments provide various financial and other related services to High Net worth individuals and Corporations such as raising financial capital by underwriting, Loan syndication or acting as the client’s agent in the issuance of securities.
We invest on behalf of our principals, shareholders, and partners. As a principal investor, LimeStone and our Investment partners anchor all our investments. Together with our principals, we are always the first investors in any of our investment activities and initiatives.
We are conservative in our investment strategy and return expectations, investing in opportunities and structuring our investments to produce and maximize current annual yield. We select our investments based on their potential to generate long-term capital appreciation through a value-oriented investment strategy.
Typically, we prefer to invest through structured platforms focusing on LimeStone- selected investment sectors. We fully back and partner with the most qualified management teams with the experience, track record and future strategy required to manage each investment and platform. Because of our flexible operating structure, we are able to source high-quality investment and structure opportunities for our principals, partners and shareholders in the most effective way. Through this systematic structure, we monitor each investment through board representations and close cooperation with the respective management teams. The portfolio management services we provide to our principals and shareholders cover asset allocation, liquidity management, preparing periodic portfolio reports and evaluating third party investment proposals.

Narayan Pai
– Founding Partner
Narayan is the founding partner and CEO of LimeStone Investments. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (CA) and MBA in Finance by profession. He has over 15 years of vast experience in Investment Banking, where he started his career at GE Capital, then moved on to Trimark Capital at Dubai, where he was involved with various Assets Wealth Management projects spread across Middle East/Europe. Late a 10-year stint with J P Morgan Chase & Co.’s Corporate & Investment Bank line of business where he grew to Vice President in a short span of time managing more than 30 locations across Asia, Europe and Middle East. He has a wide variety of exposure panning to real estate, mining, hospitality, loan syndication and various sectors of project funding.
Namratha Kamath
– Partner
Namratha is the founding partner and CFO of LimeStone Investments. She is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (CA). She has over 12 years of vast experience in Corporate and various Industries where she started her career from GE Capital, then to Simitix Investments at Dubai and 8 year stint with IBM’s Corporate & Investment Bank line of business. She is now in to Professional CA Practise managing wide variety of clients panning from Real Estate, Hospitality, Private Limited Companies and other sectors with expertise in to Indian Income Tax Capital Gains.
